If the bracelet doesn’t meet you the way you thought it would, send it back within thirty days of delivery for a full refund. We pay return shipping; reach concierge for the prepaid label.
Exchanges
Wrong size or a different gate? Exchanges are one-for-one with no cost difference. We restring or swap and send the new piece by priority — usually within a week.
Care & restringing
Restringing is included for the first year of ownership. After that, it’s a flat $40 service. Insurance covers loss in transit both ways.
