Free insured shipping within the United States: made to order, then 3–5 business days in transit. It arrives in its box with your letter and the certificate. Outside the US, write to concierge@cxl.house and we will arrange delivery.
30-day returns. If it isn’t right, send it back unworn within thirty days of delivery for a full refund. We cover the return shipping.
